High-pressure STOPPLE® fittings are designed for use with TDW STOPPLE plugging machines. The ProSeries™ Advantage standardizes the fittings to fit a broader range of specifications, reduce the need for costly customization, ensure consistent quality and shorten lead time. 

Specifications

  • 4-inch through 36-inch (with capabilities up to 60-inch).
  • Pipe type: Carbon steel.
  • ANSI flange class 600.
  • ASME codes B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, and CSA Z662 CAT II / EN 13480 also available.
  • Meets NACE MR0175.
  • Temperature -45°C to 121°C (-50°F to 250°F).
  • Maximum allowable operating pressure – Fully rated for each ANSI class.
  • Fitting type: Size on size split tee.
